摘    要:机身振动信号对船舶柴油机故障的识别具有重要作用,可为故障的分析提供重要的参数,因此编写了基于LabVIEW的柴油机振动信号的采集与分析系统,应用搭建的平台在正常工况和几种典型的故障模式下进行振动信号的采集与分析试验。从采集到的状态信号中提取与设备故障密切相关的机身振动信号进行时域、频域和幅值域的分析,同时通过各特征参数的分析对柴油机进行简单有效的故障诊断与识别,并根据计算得出的特征值的变化趋势来分析确定信号中故障的发生与发展,及时对故障作出分析诊断。这对保证船舶安全航行以及对设备实行预知维护都具有十分重要的意义。

Vibration signal analysis of diesel engine body under different conditions based on LabVIEW
Abstract:Fuselage vibration signals are of great importance on failure diagnosis of marine diesel engine, which can provide important parameters for failure analysis. An acquisition and analysis system of diesel engine vibration signal is written based on LabVIEW, applied on the built platform to test the acquisition and analysis of the system in normal working conditions and several typical failure modes. The fuselage vibration signals closely related to equipment failure are extracted from the collected state signals, which will be analyzed for its time-domain, frequency domain and amplituade-domain. At the same time, simple and effective fault diagnosis and recognition for the diesel engine were analyzed through the characteristic parameters. According to the trend of changes in the eigenvalure, the occurrence and development of the failure can be determined, thus timely and accurate analysis and diagnosis of the failure can be made. This has great significance for ensuring the safe navigation of the ship as well as the implementation of equipment prodictive maintenance.
