基于虚拟仿真的船舱大型部件维修通道分析

摘    要:如何在狭小的船舱空间中对数量众多的设备进行高效的维修一直都是舰船综合保障分系统设计的重要研究部分。良好的维修通道是实现舰船高效维修的基础。文章在船舱设备的维修性评价指标体系的基础上,提出了分析大型部件吊运维修通道的4个指标。然后,基于虚拟仿真和层析分析法,提出了具体的评价方法。最后以辅机舱汽缸盖维修通道为例,进行了验证。

Analysis to maintenance passage for large parts in ship cabin based on virtual simulation
Abstract:How to repair the numerous equipments more efficiently in such a small ship cabin has always been the important research part of ship integrated support subsystem. Good maintenance passage is the basis for the implementation of efficient ship maintenance. On the basis of maintainability evaluation index system for ship cabin equipments, four indexes for maintenance passage used to lift and transport large parts are put forward in this paper. Then, based on virtual simulation and AHP, the concrete evaluation method is put forward. Finally, the maintenance passage for the cylinder head in an auxiliary engine room is taken as an example to verify the method.
