钛合金微弧氧化技术在修造船中的应用

摘    要:微弧氧化是一种在有色金属及其合金表面原位生长陶瓷膜的新技术,在西方舰船上已得到广泛应用。文章简述了表面微弧氧化技术在钛合金中的应用情况,对陶瓷膜层的表面形貌、截面形貌、膜层厚度、相结构和显微硬度进行了观察测试,并研究了膜层的结合强度、绝缘性、磨损和腐蚀性能。结果表明:膜层厚度可达到24μm,膜基结合强度达到35.2MPa,膜层绝缘性、耐磨性和耐蚀性良好,满足舰船使用需求,在修造船中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Micro-arc oxidation is a new technique that is widely applied in western warship. The ceramic coating can be formed on the surface of non ferrous metals. Application of micro-arc oxidation on titanium alloy is summarized in this paper. External & sectional microstructure, oxide layer thickness, phase composition and mi- crohardness are characterized; Bonding strength, insulating performance, wear and corrosion resistance of the coatings are also investigated, indicating that the oxide film with about 24 μm thickness, and the bonding strength between the substrate and epoxy coating could reach 35.2 MPa. The ceramic coating shows good insulation, wear and corrosion character. The oxide film can satisfy requirement of warship. The applied prospect is quite wide- spread for micro-arc oxidation of titanium alloy in ship building and maintaining.
