| 摘 要： | 面对外来劳务越来越多地涌入企业的现象，文中从运用竞争机制，引进高素质的劳务队伍；建立利益共同体，稳定劳务队伍；加强培训，健全制度，把厂外的劳务队伍管理好三方面阐述了对修船企业外来劳务管理工作的想法，旨在探索一条合适新形势下修船企业外来劳务管理工作的思路。

| Abstract: | More and more nonnative labor are pouring into shiprepair enterprises at present.A new idea suited to this situation is urgentl y needed.In this paper,the author gives the thought on management of nonnative labor by introducing competitive system,introducing high-ability labor members ,stabilizing labor services with interests community,strengthening training and amplifying various systems. |
