摘    要:由于船舶在坞内坐墩后船体形状与在水中漂浮状态有差别,坞内坐墩状态下的轴系对中,很难满足船舶漂浮状态轴系对中的要求。因为大型船舶通过再调整主机和推力轴承位置达到浮态对中要求,工程量大,通常只能在超质量标准情况下使用。文章介绍了一种在坞内坐墩情况下,达到漂浮状态轴系对中精度要求的方法。

Abstract:Because of ship figure after the sit cluster inside dock has difference form its appearance in the water afloat, shafting alignmentat sitting cluster appearance inside dock is very difficult to satisfy its request at float appearance. Because the large ships attain to the request of float state by readjusting the ME and the push - bearing position , there has a great deal of workload, this way usually only can be used under super quality standard circumstance. This text introduces a kind of sit cluster inside dock, attain to the request of shafting aligment at afloat appearance.
