| 摘 要： | 文章针对某拖船艏侧推装置出现的故障,经过理论分析和实际勘验排查,推断出伺服滑阀部件卡滞导致液压系统不通,进而变距系统失灵的结论。采取有效措施消除了故障,并提出了日常维护和故障排查方法的建议。

| Abstract: | For the faults of a tug bow push device,after theoretical analysis and actual investigation,the article concludes that the servo spool valve is stuck and the hydraulic system is blocked,and the variable pitch system is out of order. The authors takes effective measures to eliminate the failure and proposes recommendations for routine maintenance and troubleshooting methods. |
