摘    要:斯里兰卡HAMBANTOTA港一期工程采用放坡开挖基坑为码头及港池的干地施工创造条件,工程具有基坑面积超过100万m2,土石方超过1 000万m3,基坑内外水位差超过18 m,临近泄湖及印度洋外海等特点.对基坑工程的围堰、边坡、降水、坡面防护、检测等方面的设计及相应施工要求和实际施工情况作了介绍和总结,创新点在于采用塑性混凝土防渗墙工艺为码头干地施工提供止水保障,可供今后类似工程参考.

Abstract:The dry excavation for foundation excavation was used to provide the site construction condition in Hambantota port development project, SRILANKA, and slope technique was also applied. The project is characterized by a foundation excavation area of lager than 106 m2, excavation quantity more than 107 m3, water level difference more than 18 m between the one inside the foundation pit and that outside the foundation pit. The paper mainly introduces and summarizes the design and construction of cofferdam, slope, dewatering, slope protection, monitoring, etc., and the innovation point is the adoption of plastic concrete cut off wall to provide the waterproof curtain for the dry construction of quay, which may serve as references for similar projects.
