摘    要:针对高盐、高温、高湿的热带海洋环境下超长、超厚大体积混凝土地下室结构由温度应力引起的开裂风险等相关问题,结合工程实例,通过Midas FEA有限元软件模拟大体积混凝土的温度场,对大体积混凝土的温控措施和开裂风险进行研究。采用设置冷却水管的方法,结构未出现温度裂缝及渗水现象。总结提炼了热带海洋环境下超长、超厚大体积混凝土施工防止温度裂缝的技术成果,可为同类超长结构地下室工程施工提供借鉴。

Abstract:Aiming at the cracking risk of super-long and super-thick mass concrete basement structure caused by thermal stress in tropical ocean environment with high salinity,high temperature and humidity,combined with engineering examples,the temperature field of mass concrete is simulated by Midas FEA finite element software,thus the temperature control measures of mass concrete are put forward and the risk of implementation and cracking are studied.With the method of setting cooling water pipes,there are no temperature cracks and seepage phenomena in the structure.This paper summarizes and refines the technical achievements of preventing temperature cracks in the construction of super-long and super-thick mass concrete in tropical marine environment,which can provide reference for the construction of basement projects with similar super-long structures.
