人字门顶门施工中自动保顶方案

人字门顶门施工中人工机械保顶不仅使施工存在安全风险，而且施工效率不高。研究机械保顶的使用要求和控制需求，提出可行的自动保顶方案：利用成熟的PLC技术和驱动技术实现机械保顶的自动化。同时，总结分析自动控制方案和配套机械顶设计方案，为人字门顶门施工中人工机械保顶升级改造为自动化控制提供参考。

Scheme of automatic protective jack for raising of miter gate

During raising of the miter gate,not only there is a safety risk on the construction due to the artificial mechanical jack,but also the construction efficiency is not high.This paper studies the utilization and control requirements of the mechanical jack,and proposes a feasible automatic jack scheme:adopting the mature technology of PLC and the drive technology,the automatic mechanical jacking is realized. Furthermore,this paper summarizes the automatic control scheme and corresponding mechanical jacking design scheme to provide reference for the upgrading from the artificial mechanical jacking to the automatic control during raising construction of the miter door.
