| 摘 要： | 明确了构建以港口为枢纽的综合交通运输体系在推动现代港口建设、促进经济发展等方面的重要作用;分析了新形势下,构建港口综合交通运输体系将面临集疏运系统建设、港城协调发展、港口资源合理配置等3方面的挑战;并结合我国实际情况,给出了在管理体制、规划制度、行业标准、港城发展、现代物流、经营机制等6方面的政策建议。
