摘    要:针对图像分析方法在图像获取过程中受外界环境影响导致提取参数波动较大的问题,提出一种在图像获取及分析过程中引入参照物(标识块)的方法。该方法可以降低拍摄条件对图像处理结果的影响,增强不同条件下获得的图像之间的对比性。采用改进的图像处理方法研究脱模剂和振捣时间对清水混凝土外观色差、气孔的影响。结果表明,振捣时间对色差及气泡影响显著,合适的振捣条件能更好地发挥出脱模剂的作用;基于气孔直径突变的"断层气孔"与"断层直径"参数可用于清水混凝土外观质量评价与针对性原因分析。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the extraction parameters of image analysis method fluctuate greatly due to the influence of external environment in the process of image acquisition,we propose a method of introducing reference(marker block)in the process of image acquisition and analysis.This method can reduce the influence of shooting conditions on image processing results,and enhance the contrast between images obtained under different conditions.We study the effect of demolding agent and vibrating time on the appearance chromatic aberration and pore of fair-faced concrete by this method.The results show that the vibration time has a significant effect on the surface chromatic aberration and the pore,a suitable vibrating conditions improving the effect of demolding agent.The parameters of fault pore and fault diameter based on the abrupt change of pore diameter can be used to evaluate the appearance quality of fair-faced concrete and analyze the corresponding reasons.
