内河液化天然气(LNG)加注站布局规划方法

为促进液化天然气在内河船舶动力燃料上的应用,需加快对内河航道LNG加注站进行布局规划。针对内河LNG加注站布局规划的方法进行研究,借鉴港口布局规划和LNG加注站设计相关经验,提出内河液化天然气加注站布局规划的思路及方法,包括加注站规模需求确定、空间布局规划等,并以广东省内河为例进行布局规划。提出的方法可为我国内河LNG加注站的布局规划提供借鉴,得到的布局规划成果能够为内河LNG加注站的建设起到指导作用。

Layout planning method of inland river LNG fueling station

In order to promote the application of LNG as inland river vessels fuel,it is necessary to speed up the layout planning of inland river LNG fueling stations.In this paper,the method of layout planning for inland river LNG fueling station is studied.Based on the experience of port layout planning and LNG filling station design,the ideas and methods of layout planning of inland river LNG fueling station are proposed.The need to determine the size of the fueling station and spatial layout planning are included.And this paper takes the inland river in Guangdong Province as an example to study the layout planning.The method proposed in this paper can provide reference for the layout planning for domestic river LNG fueling station.The layout planning achievements can play a guiding role in the construction of the inland river LNG fueling stations.
