| 摘 要： | 从水上安全监管实际业务出发,结合网格化管理的思想,阐述水上安全监管网格化的内涵、网格划分等内容,提出基于网格化的信息系统管理模型及网格化理念下的水上安全监管业务模型、业务流程及系统构成,为水上安全监管网格化信息系统的开发及实施奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Based on the practice of water safety supervision and combining the grid management thought,this paper expounds the connotation, mesh and other contents of water safety supervision grid, proposes information system management model and water safety supervision business model based on the grid, business process and system structure under the grid concept . The research results lay a foundation for the development and implementation of water safety supervision of grid information system. |
