外海桥墩承台双拼U型混凝土套箱施工技术

摘    要:针对东海大桥跨海段整体式桥墩承台外海施工恶劣的环境,结合整体式桥墩承台的结构特点,本着减少水上作业时间、尽可能利用现有船机设备的原则,经多方案综合比选确定采用2个U型混凝土套箱水上安装在桩顶上拼接成1个整体式桥墩承台薄壁壳体,然后浇筑封底混凝土及湿接头封闭形成干施工环境的施工工艺。介绍外海桥墩承台双拼U型混凝土套箱的总体施工方案、各种工况受力分析以及施工技术措施等。

Abstract:To counter the severe environment of open sea construction integral bridge pier of Donghai bridge sea-crossing section, we adopt two U-shape steel sleeve boxes installed on the top of the integral bridge pier and then casting the bottom concrete and wet joints to form a dry construction environment under the principle of using as possible as we can the present craft and machinery within the lowest operation time. The construction technology of open sea bridge pier connecting with U-shape concrete sleeve box, stress analysis of different working conditions and construction technical measures are presented.
