海工高性能混凝土常用胶凝材料抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能研究

摘    要:通过测试不同胶凝材料配制的胶砂试件在硫酸盐侵蚀试验条件下的耐蚀系数和膨胀率,对水运工程海工高性能混凝土常用的几种胶凝材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能进行研究和评价。研究结果表明:硅酸盐水泥的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能优于普通硅酸盐水泥,但两者的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力均很低;水运工程海工高性能混凝土常用的几种胶凝材料均具有一定抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力,优于硅酸盐水泥和普通硅酸盐水泥,其中部分胶凝材料具有较强、甚至极强的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力;耐蚀系数法和膨胀率法两种评价方法评价水运工程海工高性能混凝土常用的几种胶凝材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力的结果并不完全一致。分析了不同种类胶凝材料的抗硫酸盐侵蚀机理。

Abstract:The corrosion resistance coefficient and expansion ratio of different cement pastes are tested under the sulfate corrosion experimental condition,and the resistance to sulfate corrosion of commonly used cement pastes of high-performance concrete for marine engineering is studied and evaluated.The results show that the resistance to sulfate corrosion of portland cement is better than that of ordinary portland cement,and both of them are low;Commonly used cement pastes of high-performance concrete for marine engineering all have certain ability to resist sulfate corrosion,which are better than that of ordinary portland cement and portland cement,some have strong or even very strong ability to resist sulfate corrosion;The evaluation results of the ability to resist sulfate corrosion of commonly used cement pastes of high-performance concrete for marine engineering are not unanimous completely based on the corrosion resistance coefficient and expansion ratio.Sulfate corrosion mechanism of different kinds of cement pastes is analyzed.
