摘    要:横流是东营港区港口航道建设中面临的关键技术问题之一。针对东营港区进出港航道工程不同防波挡沙堤布置下航道水流条件,采用潮流物理模型试验进行分析研究。结果表明:南、北防波堤形成后,口门航道处流速较大,从改善通航条件的角度出发,修建防波挡沙堤是必要的;防波挡沙潜堤保持相同的坡度,堤头分别修建至-12 m和-14 m时,口门航道水流流速逐步减小,口门横流也随之减小;随着防波挡沙堤堤顶高程增大,堤头挑流流速会有一定程度的增加;潜堤堤头建至-14 m等深线处、堤顶高程在-8 m左右是适宜的。

Abstract:Crossflow is one of the key technical problems in the construction of Dongying Port and channel.Aiming at the flow conditions of the channel with different arrangements of breakwater and sand barrier in Dongying Port,we carry out the physical model test on the tidal current to analyze and study.The results show that after formation of the south and north breakwaters,the flow velocity at the entrance channel is relatively high,so it is necessary to build a breakwater to retain sand from the point of view of improving navigation conditions.When the submerged dike of the breakwaters keeps the same slope and the lifts are constructed to-12 m and-14 m respectively,the flow velocity at the entrance channel decreases gradually,and the cross flow at the entrance decreases accordingly.With the increase of the breakwater’s top elevation breakwater,the overflow velocity at the head of the breakwater will increase to a certain extent.It is suitable to build the head of the embankment to-14 m and the elevation of the top of the breakwater to-8 m.
