摘    要:在通航河流上进行水电枢纽建设,可同时梯级或渠化河流以改善航道,使水电开发与航运建设共赢。讨论水电枢纽建设对通航可能产生的各种影响,论述消除、降低影响的研究对策,对项目管理、规划与设计单位,尤其是非交通行业的规划、设计单位具有借鉴价值。

Abstract:The construction of hydroelectric engineering in navigable rivers can improve the waterway by cascading or canalizing rivers, and promote hydropower development and navigation construction as well. The navigation influences from hydroelectric engineering are discussed, and some countermeasures and research approaches eliminating or reducing the influence are also expounded. The results may serve as a reference for project management, planning and design departments, especially for planning and design departments of noncommunications industries.
