摘    要:在执行GB 50139—2004《内河通航标准》的过程中,笔者发现已有标准对跨河建筑的选址及通航技术有关规定要求和提法存在一定的局限性。为适应内河水运发展的要求,结合跨、临河建筑物的建设现状及存在的问题,对过河建筑物与已建临河建筑物间距、一孔跨过通航水域等名称理解问题分别提出修改意见,供有关方面参考。

Abstract:This paper presents some issues related to requirements and formulation of the river-crossing construction site and navigation technology, in the process of implementation to Navigation Standard of Inland Waterway. To adapt to development of inland water transport, combining the current situation of river crossing and neighboring construction, the paper gives some revisions of the spacing between crossing and neighboring construction, one hole-crossing navigable waters, et al., to provide the basis for relevant departments.
