| 摘 要： | 通过优选混合材料、控制水泥熟料的矿物组成等技术措施,研制出配制海工高性能混凝土所用的特种水泥-抗氯盐硅酸盐水泥。建立抗氯盐硅酸盐水泥的生产线,并制订了企业标准。生产的抗氯盐硅酸盐水泥在洋山港水工码头二期工程成功地得到应用。工程检测结果表明高性能混凝土的强度和耐久性满足洋山港水工码头的设计要求。

| Abstract: | A special type of cement,chloride-resisting portland cement,which was used to make marine engineering high-performance concrete,was developed by choosing mineral admixtures and controlling cement clinker mineral consistent.The production line of chloride-resisting portland cement was established and corresponding enterprise standard was worked out.The chloride-resisting portland cement produced by this production line was applied successfully to Yangshan Harbor Phase II project.The results of engineering detection show that the strength and durability of the high-performance concrete meet the design requirement. |
