摘    要:聚羧酸高效减水剂作为第三代减水剂,具有比传统萘系等高效减水剂明显的优势。广州四航工程技术研究院利用国内常用的有机化工原料,以高分子材料分子设计原理为指导,通过水溶液聚合的环保合成工艺,成功合成出高分子聚羧酸高效减水剂,性能测试表明,所合成的减水剂减水率高达30%以上,坍落度损失小,混凝土强度增长显著。

Abstract:As the third-generation water reducing-agent, polycarboxylate-type superplasticizer has obviously more advantages than the traditional naphthalene- type one. Based on macromolecular design theory, the author synthesized successfully the carboxylic- type superplasticizer with high performance by water polymerization. The systemic test shows that the superplasticizer has excellent properties such as high water- reducing rate up to 30%, lowslump loss, and obvious increase ofconcrete strength.
