“冲桩管”助沉桩新工艺在重建工程中的应用

摘    要:针对某桩基码头原地重建工程水下障碍物较多的特点,以沉桩施工工艺方案研究为主,结合桩基设计选型和布置,通过直接清障沉桩法、冲孔灌注桩法以及冲桩管助沉法等多种施工工艺方案的综合比选,对该工程中首次提出并成功采用的"冲桩管"这种助沉桩新工艺进行详细分析与总结,为类似工程的结构设计选型和施工方案选择提供有益的参考。

Abstract:In recent years, with more and more reconstruction and redevelopment projects which are based on the old terminal wharf, both design and construction meets a series of unusual problems which need to be solved urgently. Considering lots of barriers underwater and the pile-foundation design, this article introduces schedules including the pile driving method of direct clearing obstructions, the method of punched hole concreting pile , and the method of impact-pile help pile driving. This article also analyzes in detail and summarizes the construction method of impact-pile, which will provide a useful reference for the selection of the structural design of similar projects and construction programs.
