城市中心区老港区城市化改造的几种模式

随着我国航运经济的迅速发展,我国一批老港口城市进入到港城关系演变的第三、第四阶段,即新港区选址建设在外海或河口深水区,而城市中心区的老港口面临城市化改造的局面。通过对国外发达地区老港区城市化改造的案例分析,归纳出几种城市化功能调整的发展模式,为我国沿海城市滨水区重建规划提供借鉴。

Urbanized renovation of old port area in city center

With the rapid development of maritime economy, some old port cities are in the evolution of the third & fourth relationship of port-city. The new port areas are located in the coast or estuary area, and the old ports are facing to be urbanized renovated in the city center. Through the cases in foreign developed countries, this paper summarizes several adjustment modes of old ports to provide references for coastal cities in China.
