| 摘 要： | 创新型水路运输工程人才,是指具有创新性思维、能够创造性地解决水路运输工程问题的人才。培养创新型水路运输工程人才,要改变主要由高校单独承担培养交通科技人才的线性培养模式,形成多层次、多渠道和多主体参与的学研产相互协调、紧密配合的水路运输工程人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Innovative talents waterborne transport engineering are persons with innovative ideas who solve problems of waterborne transport in a creative way. To train innovative talents of waterborne transport engineering, we should change the linear training mode which is mainly undertaken by the universities alone and form one characterized by multi-level, multi-channel and multi-agent, in which, industry, learning and research are coordinated with each other. |
