摘    要:东非某码头项目,共建设3个泊位,采用高桩梁板式结构,码头前排轨道梁中心距前沿线达4 m,悬挑大,施工中采用钢抱箍和工字钢作为支撑体系,混凝土浇筑过程中,前沿线的沉降值比理论值大,最大沉降达60 mm。通过采用加肋板双拼45号工字钢作为支撑及钢管桩桩顶反拉25 mm钢筋的组合方案控制沉降,将前沿线沉降减少至10 mm以内。该方案施工方便,保证了工程质量和工期,可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:A wharf project in East Africa is built with three berths.The high pile-beam structure is adopted.The center of the track beam at the front of the pier is 4 m from the foreline,and the overhang is large.The steel hoop and I-beam are used as the support system.During the process of concrete pouring,the settling data of the frontier line is larger than the theoretical value,and the maximum settlement of the frontline is 60 mm.In order to control the settlement,we piece the ribbed panel together with No.45 I-beam as the support system,and combine with the steel pipe pile top 25 mm rebar.The settlement of frontier line is reduced to less than 10 mm by this measure.The scheme is convenient and helpful to the project quality and construction period,which can provide the reference for the similar projects.
