摘    要:针对绞刀挖掘黏土的特点,优化了刀臂的断面形状,建立绞刀的三维模型,分析绞刀在最大功率时的应力和变形。为了满足绞刀刚度强度要求,采用高强度高韧性的合金钢材料,优化绞刀制造和焊接工艺。实船应用表明,在同等工况条件下,高效黏土绞刀相比传统黏土绞刀,绞刀功率降低约14.3%,验证了绞刀设计的合理性和先进性。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of cuttering clay,the section shape of cutterhead arm is optimized,the 3D model of cutterhead is established,and the stress and deformation of cutter at maximum power are analyzed.In order to meet the rigidity and strength requirements of the cutterhead,high strength and high toughness alloy steel material is adopted,and the manufacturing and welding process of cutterhead is optimized.The application of real ship shows that under the same working conditions,the power of the high-efficiency clay cutterhead is reduced by about 14.3% compared with the traditional clay cutterhead,which verifies the rationality and advancement of the high-efficiency clay cutterhead design.
