摘    要:针对目前我国港口节能减排工作的要求和发展现状,建立了港口节能减排评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,并依据AHP-模糊综合评价法计算港口节能减排工作得分,从而评判节能减排工作的优劣,最后以青岛港为例对其节能减排工作进行综合评价,评价结果对港口及其他行业节能减排工作具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:On the basis of China port’s current requirements and development status in energy saving,we establish the port energy saving evaluation system,using AHP to determine the weight of each index,and based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get scores of port energy conservation in order to judge the advantage and disadvantage of port energy saving.Moreover,we evaluate the energy saving work of Qingdao port comprehensively,the results of which may serve as a reference for energy conservation in port and other industry.
