聚丙烯纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响

摘    要:通过聚丙烯纤维混凝土的力学试验,研究了聚丙烯纤维掺量对混凝土基本性能的影响。试验结果表明:聚丙烯纤维混凝土的抗压强度、劈拉强度均随纤维掺量的增加而降低,当掺量由0增加到1.2 kg/m3时,纤维混凝土7 d抗压、抗拉强度与基准混凝土相比,分别降低了11.4%和8.7%,28 d强度则分别降低了12.1%和3.6%,而混凝土抗冲击能力则提高了4.76倍;同时由于聚丙烯纤维的加入使得混凝土具有较高的韧性,对防止普通混凝土在荷载作用下的变形及裂缝的发生具有重要意义。
