| 摘 要： | 福建炼油乙烯成品油码头改扩建工程是中交水运规划设计院有限公司第一个EPC总承包工程。在工程实施前对原设计方案(初设)进行认真分析,并结合工程特点和陆域库区条件,在保证码头功能、质量、安全不降低的情况下,对该工程原设计方案的消防系统布置进行优化,使码头总平面布局更合理。该优化方案既方便了施工又降低了成本,且码头施工不影响陆域库区消防系统的正常使用。
