摘    要:针对海外一些国家由于环保政策严格以及开采方式落后等情况,导致重力式码头沉箱结构后方回填所使用的海砂和河砂价格较为昂贵的问题,采用现场试验的手段深入研究快速夯实的施工工艺,提出在沉箱后方采用一定含泥量的廉价开山料作为回填料使用的设计和施工方案,通过现场试验验证该工艺的可行性,并给出最佳夯击数、夯击安全距离以及相应的隔震处理措施。结果表明,快速夯实工艺可用于重力式码头沉箱后方回填,能够大幅降低工程成本。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that sea sand and river sand used for backfill behind caisson structure of gravity wharf are relatively expensive due to strict environmental protection policies and backward mining methods in some overseas countries,we apply the field test to study the construction technology of rapid compaction in depth,propose the design and construction scheme of using low-cost material from mountain with a certain mud content as the backfill material,verify the feasibility of the technology by field test,and give the best number of ramming,the safe distance of ramming and the corresponding isolation treatment measures.The results show that the rapid compaction technology can be used for backfill behind caissons of gravity wharf,which can greatly reduce the engineering cost.
