摘    要:针对长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道工程河段水生生物种类多样,如何在航道工程建设中对环境的不利影响进行有效控制和缓解,是摆在深水航道建设者面前的全新课题。对此,长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道二期工程通过研发整治建筑物新型生态结构、强化现场实时监测、推行环保监理制度、设置停工期和生态补偿等方式,对航道治理工程环保建设进行了有益地实践和探索,效果显著,可供其他工程借鉴。

Abstract:In view of the variety of aquatic organisms in the 12.5 m deepwater channel in the Yangtze River below Nanjing,how to effectively control and alleviate the adverse effects on the environment during the construction of the channel project is a new subject in front of the builders of the deepwater channel.For this,in the second phase project of the 12.5 m deepwater channel in the Yangtze River below Nanjing,we research and development the new ecological structures of the renovation of the building,strengthen the site monitoring,implement the supervision system,set up the downtime and eco-compensation,which have gained useful practice and exploration,as well as achieved remarkable results in the environmental protection construction.It can provide reference for other projects.
