真空预压在连云港淤泥质地基处理中的应用

摘    要:连云港某地基处理工程,地基为以淤泥质土为主的深厚软土,采用真空预压的地基处理方法,使表层淤泥承载力达到70 kPa 以上,加固效果十分明显。详细介绍了该真空预压工程的工艺流程设计、主要施工工艺及施工控制,并通过施工监测和竣工后的检测试验保障地基处理效果。实践证明,针对淤泥质软土地基,真空预压法具有加固效果好、工期短、施工安全、经济效益明显等优点,值得在该地区工程建设中推广。

Abstract:In a soft ground treatment project in Lianyungang, vacuum preloading is applied for strengthening the thick foundation which is mainly silt. The result appears very well and the bearing capacity of surface silt layer increase to over 70 kPa. This paper introduces the technology design, main construction technique and construction control. The effect of foundation treatment is ensured by the construction monitoring and test after completion. It is shown that the vacuum preloading method has many advantages for reinforcing silt foundation, such as good strengthening effect, short construction period, safe construction, and remarkable economic benefit, etc. Thus this method is worthy of popularizing in the coastal area of Lianyungang.
