| 摘 要： | 智能交通系统是以信息采集、处理、融合、交换、分析、控制和发布为一体的智能运输管理系统，它以提高交通管理、运输效率和安全服务为目标，引领交通行业向现代交通运输业转变。“十二五”期间，我国智能交通发展趋势体现在推进综合交通运输、城市公共交通发展，实现节能减排、安全出行等多个方面。
