| 摘 要： | 围绕系统研发、工程实施及示范应用，分析论证海上应急指挥系统关键技术。以.Net和J2EE双层体系架构为基础，对海量异构数据融合、多媒介一体化集成通信等关键技术进行的创新性立体化研究。并指出该关键技术对实现我国水上应急体系一体化建设、提升我国水上应急处置能力的技术支撑作用。

| Abstract: | Aiming at system development, project implementation and demonstration application, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the commanding system in maritime. Based on .Net, J2EE two-tier architecture, an innovative stereo-research is carried out in VAHDI, communication integration and other key technology. The significant supporting role that system is carried out in the integration of national water emergency system and the enhancement of national waterborne emergency disposal capabilities is analyzed and demonstrated. |
