| 摘 要： | 瓯江是浙江省的第二大河,其中游正由社会投资建设4个枢纽。为使枢纽建成后船闸的运行管理体制顺畅,结合现有船闸运行管理方式及其存在的问题,针对瓯江梯级开发的特点,提出了船闸运行管理方式及利弊分析,供有关管理单位参考。

| Abstract: | The Oujiang River is the second longest river in Zhejiang Province.At present,4 junctions are under construction supported by social investment.For guaranteeing a smooth operation management system after construction of the junctions,this paper presents lock's operation management mode,together with analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,combining current lock's operation management modes and the problems,and in the light of the characteristics of Oujiang River canalization project,to serve as a reference for related administrative departments. |
