杭州湾外海地质条件超长大直径钢管桩桩尖结构对沉桩速率的影响分析

摘    要:在外海高桩独立墩台工程中,尤其是海上风电场风机基础选用高桩独立墩台时,桩基础必定选用长度和直径大、受力性能好的钢管桩结构,以抵抗风机的大上拔力、大力矩和剪切力。结合上海东海大桥近海风电场工程前阶段钢管桩沉桩施工难度大、单桩锤击数多等实际情况,从桩尖结构入手以期寻找到更适用于杭州湾近海水域的地质条件下桩尖结构形式,从而提高沉桩速率。

Abstract:In the offshore independent pier and abutment works, especially offshore wind farm fan-based independent high-pile piers, we must use steel pipe piles with great length, large diameter and good performance,so as to resist the great pulling force, big torque and shear stress. Considering the actual situation of Shanghai Donghai Bridge Offshore Wind Farm project pre-construction stage including great difficulty in construction and much single pile hammering, we start from the pile tip structure to seek for the more suitable structural types for offshore waters of Hangzhou bay, and thus improve the rate of pile driving.
