耙吸挖泥船耙头内流场分析与优化

摘    要:为了提升泥浆输送效率、避免泥沙淤积,采用CFD手段对耙吸挖泥船耙头的内流场进行分析优化。通过对耙头内泥浆流动特点的分析,确定了CFD分析所用多相流模型、进出口边界等条件。根据内流场分析结果提出按流线对耙头修型的优化方案。与原方案计算对比,优化后的耙头内流场实现降低流动阻力、减少涡流的目的。

Abstract:For the purpose of improving transportation efficiency and preventing slurry siltation,internal flow field analysis for dredging head of trailing suction hopper dredger(TSHD)is conducted by CFD method.Model of multi-phase flow and boundary conditions are set on considering features of slurry flow in the dredging head.An optimized design of dredging head modification according to the streamline is proposed on the basis of CFD analysis.Comparing with original design,optimized design enjoys lesser flow resistance and vortex flow.
