摘    要:FSRU作为一种LNG浮式终端接收站,凭借其自身优势成为全球LNG领域关注的焦点。立足于NFPA标准对国外某LNG工程进行消防设计,对NFPA标准规定不详之处借鉴了NORSOK标准和国内消防规范。介绍了FSRU码头的消防系统基本配置要求,并对码头冷却水强度、FSRU冷却水强度、消火栓设计流量、逃生水雾保护强度、通岸法兰供给要求和火灾延续时间等设计参数进行分析,并选取合理的数值。对工程设计中遇到的海水管材和消防设施防腐、泵房布置等重点难点问题给出了解决方案。

Abstract:As a new LNG floating terminal receiver,FSRU has become the global focus in the LNG field because of its own advantages.Based on NFPA standard,this paper designs the fire fighting of a LNG terminal project in a foreign country,and NORSOK standard and domestic fire code are used for reference for the unclear provisions of NFPA standard.This paper introduces the basic configuration requirements of fire fighting system of FSRU jetty, and analyzes the design parameters of jetty cooling water intensity,FSRU cooling water intensity,fire hydrant design flow,escape water mist protection intensity,shore flange supply requirements and fire duration,meanwhile selects reasonable values.The paper gives solutions to the key and difficult problems in engineering design,such as anti corrosion of seawater pipes and fire-fighting facilities,layout of pump house,etc.
