摘    要:探讨了舰船基座的一般设计准则,介绍了一些典型舰船的基座设计,分析研究了舰船基座的计算设计方法和舰船基座的试验研究方法,提出了舰船基座设计的一般步骤。

Research on Ship Seat Design

Abstract:Machinery and equipment seat design is one of the important parts in ship design. The seats for these equipments require strength, rigidity to fulfill some special requirements. Improper design of seats will lead to unaccetable aftermath or abnormal operation of appratus and equipment. The seat design must comply with the general rules of the structural design. This paper puts forward some typical seat designs, e. g. , vertical seat and wall-hung seat. Large scale foundations for main engine, naval gun, missile launcher and radar systems require more stringent working conditions, only structure calculation can meet this requirement. The general process for the calculation of ship seat design by the use of current calculation programme is therefore given. For the equipment that requirs more precise working conditions, the experiment of seat is needed.
