船舶阀门遥控系统的研究与分析

摘    要:对船舶阀门遥控系统的驱动方式(液动、气动、电动以及电液驱动)进行了分析,比较各种驱动方式之间的优缺点,便于用户根据实际情况和需求选择合适的阀门驱动方式。介绍各种驱动方式的船舶阀门遥控系统的组成,并以液压驱动为例,分析其工作原理。

Remote Control of Marine Valves

Abstract:Valve remote control system is widely applied to the system of battast water, bilge water and oil piping. The auto-operation of valves will be improved by the decentralized control and centralized remote control. This paper looks at the valve remote control in ship covering the hydraulically, pneumatically, electro-hydraulically operated modes. By comparing the merits and defects of the three modes, user can choose most suitable one according to the operational environment. In this paper, the components of the valve remote control system of various modes are presented and the principle of control operation is analyzed by an example of hydraulic operated system.
