摘    要:概述了船装铁舾件设计现状,结合有限元分析法优化铁舾件,以实例详细讲解优化过程以及在新项目应用中所取得的效益;完善设计手段的大胆创新,使船舶设计紧跟时代发展需求,为舾装件的减重推广打下坚实基础。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the design status of the marine iron outfitting.Combing with the finite element analysis method,the iron outfitting of a ship is optimized with the introduction of the optimization process and the benefits obtained in the application of the new projects.The improvement and adventurous innovation of the design method make the ship design keep up with the development of the society,which provides the solid foundation for the reduction of the outfitting weight.
