摘    要:针对230 000 m~3浮式液化天然气生产储卸装置(LNG FPSO)货舱区结构设计,利用法国船级社(BV)开发的VeriSTARHull软件进行强度分析。该LNG FPSO应用于我国南海气田开发,需要通过单点系泊系统长期定位于作业海域,要求能够抵御各种恶劣的海况并保证设施的安全和持续作业能力。因此,对船体结构进行分析和优化是整个浮式生产系统实现功能的基本要求和关键所在。文中结合BV相关规范要求建模、加载并分析计算结果,给出结构设计中需要注意的高应力区域并提出优化建议。

Abstract:This paper carries out the strength analysis of the cargo hold structure of a 230 000 m3 LNG FPSO by using VeriSTAR Hull software that has been developed by BV. A single point mooring system is used for this LNG FPSO, which was designed to explore the gas field of South China Sea, to position in the service area for a long period of time with the ability of withstanding various terrible sea conditions and ensuring the equipment safety and the continuous operation. Consequently, it is essential and critical for the function implementation of the whole FPSO to analyze and optimize the ship hull structure. It performs the modelling and loading, and analyzes the calculation results following the relevant requirements of BV rules. The high stress regions that should be paid attention to in the structural design are finally pointed out, which can provide advices for optimization.
