散货船货舱通风系统的改造设计

散货船的货舱根据装载货品的不同需配置自然通风或机械通风系统,通常以自然通风型式居多。某型系列散货船货舱通风系统标准配置采取自然通风型式,但因多个意向船东提出货舱需要机械通风配置,故在原自然通风配置基础上进行了机械通风系统的改造设计。文中介绍了货舱机械通风需满足的规则规范,给出了机械通风系统的设计方案以及自然通风改为机械通风需要做的设计修改,可供相关专业技术人员参考。

Reconstruction design of ventilation system for cargo hold in bulk carrier

According to the cargo list, the cargo hold for bulk carriers in configured with natural ventilation system or mechanical ventilation system, mostly of which is the natural ventilation system . The standard arrangement of the cargo hold ventilation system for a series of the bulk carriers of a certain type is the natural ventilation system. However, the original natural ventilation system has to be reconstructed to the mechanical ventilation system due to the requirements of the mechanical ventilation arrangement for the cargo hold proposed by the shipowner. This paper introduces the regulations and rules for the mechanical ventilation of the cargo hold, the design scheme of the mechanical ventilation system and the modification from the natural ventilation to the mechanical ventilation. It can provide reference for the relevant professional technicians.
