摘    要:半潜式钻井平台大型模块入坞后的坞墩布置对总组技术尤为重要。根据大型模块总组技术的特点,制定了大型模块进坞后的坞墩布置方案,并运用有限元的方法对模块的结构强度进行分析,而后对大型模块总组状态制定两种坞墩方案,对比分析两种方案的特点,最终确定大型模块总组时采用的坞墩布置方案。

Abstract:The arrangement of docking blocks has great signiifcance to ifnal assembly technology after the large modules of the semi-submersible drilling unit have been docked. According to the characteristics of the ifnal assembly technology for large modules, the arrangement plan of docking blocks was made, and the structure strength of the modules was analyzed by the ifnite element method. Then two arrangement plans of docking blocks were made for large modules in the ifnal assembly phase. Finally, the arrangement plan of docking blocks in the ifnal assembly phase was decided by the comparison of the two plans.
