绞吸挖泥船疏浚实时测量技术的研究与应用

摘    要:测量是疏浚施工的重要组成部分,是确定施工方案、控制和检验施工质量的主要依据。传统的疏浚测量无法由挖泥船自身完成,存在成本高、周期长、时效性不强等问题。文章主要研究根据船舶结构和施工特点,在绞吸挖泥船上增设实时测量系统,实现船舶疏浚施工与工程测量同步,同时完成施工浚前、浚中和浚后水深数据的测量,结合软件运算实现施工质量的实时控制,达到指导施工、提高施工质量的目的。

Research and application of real-time dredging measuring technology on cutter suction dredgers
Abstract:As an important part of dredging, the measurement is the main basis for determination of project plan, quality control and inspection. The traditional dredging measuring technology cannot be completed by the dredger itself due to high cost, long cycle and poor timeliness, etc. The real-time measuring system is installed on the dredger according to dredger structure and construction characteristics. The dredging and measuring are synchronized to measure the water depths before, during and after the dredging for the real-time control of the construction quality by software, aiming at guiding the construction and improving the quality.
