摘    要:针对船体舱段模型典型结构,设计易于实际操作实施的缩比模型试验方案;通过有限元软件对板架水下爆炸响应进行分析.对比各个缩比模型在水下爆炸载荷作用下的响应规律.寻找为完成不同试验目的而设计的最佳试验方案。数值分析结果表明:纵桁和实肋板梁模型在水下爆炸作用下的动力响应可验证梁在爆炸冲击载荷作用下的理论分析方法,十字交叉梁塑性变形可验证实船板架结构中交叉梁系的结构动力响应分析方法。双层底板架结构的塑性变形可对舰船局部强度考核的理论分析提供基础,缩比模型计算结果与实船较为一致。计算结果对舰船型号研制和强度考核具有理论指导意义。

Abstract:According to typical structure of cabin model, the scale model test program which is easily implemented has been designed. It analyzes underwater explosion response of grillage by finite element software, and compares the response law of each scale model under the load of underwater explosion in order to find the best test program for the different test purpose. The numerical results show that the theoretical analysis method for girder under the impact load of explosion is validated by the dynamic response of longitudinal girder and plate floor model ,and the structural dynamic response analysis method for the grillage beam in frame of real ships is validated by their plastic deformation. The plastic deformation of double floor frame can provide basis for local strength evaluation of warships. The calculation result of scale model is consistent with the real ship, which provides theoretical significance for the ship type development and strength assessment.
