利用PRO-CIMS系统结合ERP系统管理船用设备托盘分配的研究

利用韩国杰奥（GEOSM）公司的PRO-CIMS（Professional Computer Integrate Manufacture System）系统与ERP系统成功接口,针对各主要船厂对设备类船用物资的托盘拆分所面临的困境展开研究,并基于目前我国国产船用设备现状及进口船用设备的实际情况,探讨了从采购需求到物资到货、入库、出库配送的物资物流规范化、系统化管理,使设备主件、附件、备品备件都能够在系统中进行明细管理,减少设计人员、仓管人员及生产工区/车间集配人员的手工作业;使得PRO-CIMS系统的计划管理与ERP系统的可控财务管理相结合,全方位地实现生产、设计、物资一体化管理,做到船用设备按安装阶段、安装区域及作业部门进行合理托盘拆分,最大限度地满足生产。

Marine equipments pallet distribution management by PRO-CIMS system combined with ERP system
