船舶设计中大批量图纸文件有关信息的自动提取

一条船的设计图纸文件少则有几百份,多则有上千份,这就使得图纸文件信息汇总成目录明细是件非常繁琐的事。船舶设计过程中的图纸文件一般分为AutoCAD图纸、Word与Excel中的计算书三类,并且采用统一的图框文件格式。利用VB编程,分别操控AutoCAD、Word与Excel将目录所需图纸文件的有关信息,如图号、图名、张数、面积等,自动提取出来,基本实现了信息提取的无人值守。

Automatic extraction for large amount of drawing files information in ship design

The hundreds of design drawing files of a ship make the collection of detailed catalogue very complicated.In ship design,the drawing files generally include AutoCAD drawing,Word and Excel report with uniform file format.VB programming is adopted to control the AutoCAD,word and Excel to extract the drawing files information related to catalogue such as drawing number,name,pages and area,which basically realize the unmanned information extraction.
