摘    要:压载水管理是船舶环保要求的重要内容。不同的压载水管理方式对船体结构安全的影响不同,主要体现在压载舱的附加压头、最小砰击吃水等。基于协调版共同结构规范对压载水交换工况的新要求,论述在CSR-H规范框架体系下,压载水交换工况下的静水弯矩和设计载荷组对船体结构构件的影响,并提出基于结果评估的相关建议。

Impact of ballast water exchange condition on hull structure safety by harmonised common structural rules
Abstract:Ballast water management is important for the environmental protection of ships. Different methods for the ballast water management have the different inlfuence on the hull structure safety, resulting in the different overpressure of ballast tank and different minimum slamming draught. Within the framework of CSR-H, it discusses the impact of still water bending moment and the design load sets under the water ballast exchange condition on the hull structural members according to the new requirements for the ballast water exchange condition. It also provides the relevant suggestions based on the assessment results.
