摘    要:这是一份软课题研究的综合报告。船舶采用气囊上下水工艺在我国已经有20多年的历史,实践证明它是一项低成本、低消耗、低污染、高效率、高可靠性、机动灵活、具有我国自主知识产权的创新技术。以目前的水平来说,下水20000吨级以下的船舶已安全可行,但市场的需求和技术的发展希望在更大型的船舶上采用气囊上下水工艺。为此,在进行广泛调查研究的基础上,针对大型船舶和超大型船舶采用气囊上下水工艺中存在的不确定因素,以及它们可能引发的“安全”隐患提出对策,从技术和管理的角度来促进此项技术的健康发展。

Abstract:This is a general report on a soft topic investigation.The application of air-bag lifting and launching technique for ships has over 20-year history,and the practice indicates that it is a low cost,low consumption,low pollution,high efficiency,high reliability,flexible and agile innovation which owns China ' s independent knowledge property.Under current technological level,ships below 20 000 tons can be operated safely,while the market requirement and technical development demand some larger vessels to adopt this air-bag lifting and launching technique.Therefore,the authors carry out a wide scope of inquiry aiming at the uncertain factors in adoption of this technique for large and super large vessels,as well as the measures against the hidden trouble that may cause safety problems.We expect that the report will promote the healthy development of this technique in view of technique and management.
