摘    要:针对舰用主汽轮机汽缸振动特性研究较少的现象,研究主汽轮机低压缸的振动特性,对某型舰用主汽轮机汽缸进行数值仿真分析,并通过试验验证。研究表明,在1—1000Hz频域内,舰用主汽轮机汽缸整体模型只出现了一阶振型,低压缸结构中的筋板、肋板、薄板等局部尺寸较小的部位易引起振动出现局部模态;低压缸结构局部尺寸较大的部位,不易引起振动;进行扫频试验时,通过纵向扫频及垂向扫频能够很好地弥补单向扫频时出现的峰值点频率的大幅跳跃。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the rare researched issue of the main turbine cylinder low frequency vibration characteristics. The main turbine cylinder of one shipboard is studied by numerical simulation and experiment. The results show that only the first order vibration mode was observed for the whole cylinder model within the frequency between 1 Hz to 1 000 Hz,the metal plate, reinforcing rid, shin plate and other small parts in the low pressure cylinder are more easier to induce vibration and local mode than the large parts. In the frequency-sweeping experiment,the sharply jumping of the peak by one-way frequency-sweeping can be offset by the alternation of vertical frequency-sweeping and horizontal frequency-sweeping.
